I spun the wheel and won a sticker about the size of a quarter. Not sure why I got the prize spin but figured it was because I was top tier at one time and was there 2-3 days a week. They were celebrating their 16-year anniversary and had a spin to win a prize. The most insulting act came this last weekend. But the good side is now I don't put any $$ in those machines on the way out so I feel they are doing me a favor. The $5 free play is a slap in the face and would rather get none. In the last 6 months I went from $35 twice a week to $5 once. As far slots, I don't play a lot but will drop a $100 in on my way out most nights. I was told they are trying to get rid of the 'riffraff play' but I believe they are losing the good players instead. It's so bad at times that you can get to a table with no one else playing.
I enjoy craps but they continue to raise the stakes to where they are losing regular players. Management needs a lesson on customer service. I would give the staff an A+ grade but the upper
The only reason is the 35-minute drive from my house. I would consider myself a regular customer.
